Information we receive
When you call, we may receive your phone number, your name if you give it, the service address and a description of the plumbing problem. We use these details to schedule and carry out the work. If you rent, you may also tell us about your landlord or property manager, and we only note what is needed for the job.
Because there are no forms, the website does not ask you to type personal details. Like most websites, the host and its systems may record standard technical data such as IP address, browser type and the pages visited. That data supports basic operation and security.
Call recording
Calls to our line may be recorded for quality and training purposes. A recording can include whatever you say, such as your address and a description of the problem. Please avoid sharing payment card numbers or other sensitive identifiers on the call, since they are not needed to book a visit.
If you do not want a call recorded, tell the dispatcher at the start and they can note it or suggest another way to proceed.
How information is used
We use your information to answer your call, schedule an appointment, send a plumber to the right address, provide a price before work starts and keep a record of the visit. We may also use it to review how calls were handled and to improve training.
We keep information only as long as needed for those purposes, or as long as the law requires. Records of completed work may be kept longer so that questions about a visit can be answered.
Sharing information
Information is shared only where needed to do the work or meet a legal duty. That can include the plumber assigned to your address, a service provider that supports our phone system, or a public authority that has a lawful request. We do not use your information for purposes unrelated to your plumbing request.
If you ask us to send notes about a repair to your landlord or insurer, we will share them as you direct.
Cookies and links
This site may use basic cookies or similar technology that browsers and hosting services rely on to deliver pages. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and the site will still show its pages and phone number.
Links to outside sites, such as the state contractor license checker, are provided for your convenience. Those sites have their own privacy practices, and we do not control them.
